This role involves the administration, configuration, and operation of Voice over IP (VoIP) systems and central control center technology for the Rhineland-Palatinate Police. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving technical faults, planning system migrations, and ensuring the security of communication infrastructures across approximately 130 locations. You will act as a technical liaison between departments and external service providers, working with Session Border Controllers (SBC) and Unified Communications (UC) solutions.
