Job Summary

This role is for a Manager of Data Insights and Reporting to join the Commercial Excellence Intelligence & Analytics Team in Göttingen. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and optimizing data and process management strategies, ensuring high quality and efficiency in data handling and business processes. Day-to-day, this involves advising process owners, coordinating workshops, fostering team skill development, and leading a global team of Business Process Experts. The position requires a Master's degree in a relevant field, extensive experience in global team management and data/process management, strong project management skills, and familiarity with enterprise solutions like Salesforce and SAP ERP.
