As a Senior IT Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the digital readiness of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). Working within the Technical Field Service team, your day-to-day responsibilities involve the tool-based acceptance, analysis, and resolution of technical faults across PC, telephony, LAN, and WAN environments. You will perform on-site 'Install, Move, Add, Change' (IMAC) tasks, install hardware, and provide user instruction. The role also includes conducting DGUV V3 safety inspections and supporting major IT infrastructure rollouts and relocation projects.
