As a Strategic Service Portfolio Planner, you will be instrumental in shaping the digital future of Germany by managing and evolving the IT service portfolio for a leading IT service provider. You will be responsible for specific areas of the BWI portfolio, acting as the subject matter expert, particularly in end-user devices. Your daily tasks will involve understanding customer environments, market trends, and competition, developing strategic positioning papers, and defining target architectures. You will identify optimization potentials, derive necessary changes for portfolio development, and manage their implementation on the portfolio roadmap, collaborating cross-functionally with other teams. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, strategic thinking, and strong leadership to ensure the effective planning and development of IT services.
