Job Summary

This high-level Postdoctoral position within the 'GreenRobust' Cluster of Excellence offers a unique opportunity to lead interdisciplinary research on plant robustness. As a key member of the 'LEAP' project, you will investigate how plants maintain function during heat and drought stress within the context of competition and relatedness. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating collaborative efforts across three universities, designing and analyzing large-scale greenhouse experiments, and publishing findings in high-impact peer-reviewed journals. This role is specifically designed as a career-transition position, preparing an experienced researcher to move into a Principal Investigator (PI) role. Required Skills

PhD in Plant Science, Plant Ecology, or an equivalent doctoral degree.
