Job Summary

This role involves supporting the ALTBAUNEU network, a critical interface between science, industry, and policy focused on energetic building renovation. As a Working Student, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing the network's web platform, creating content, and managing public relations. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating with local municipalities to promote energy-efficient renovation for single- and two-family homes. You will assist in project development, organize events, and handle the logistics of promotional materials. This position is unique as it is based at the EUREF-Campus in Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia's largest climate-neutral campus. It offers a professional environment where you can contribute to climate protection goals while gaining practical experience in sustainable engineering and communication. The role is part-time (20 hours per week) and offers flexible mobile working options and corporate benefits.

Required Skills

Education

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Energy and Building Technology, Supply Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Technical Building Services, or a related field.

Experience

  • Previous professional experience through internships or working student roles is desirable
  • Experience in managing and updating digital content for web platforms
  • Experience in organizing events and network meetings
  • Experience in public relations and communication activities
