Job Summary

As a Working Student in the Climate Neutral State Administration department in Düsseldorf, you will play a vital role in supporting North Rhine-Westphalia's transition toward sustainability. Your day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with project work such as employee surveys, reviewing draft texts, and conducting functional tests for new products. You will also perform targeted research on data and visual materials, maintain CRM system data, and manage the ordering and distribution of informational materials. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative organization and communication, as you will also manage the department's functional mailbox. This role is particularly attractive due to its location at the innovative EUREF-Campus, offering flexible working hours, mobile work options, and a meaningful contribution to climate protection and public administration within a supportive team environment.

Required Skills

Education

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Communication Sciences, Social Sciences, Environmental Sciences, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Experience with CRM systems and database maintenance
  • Experience in organizing logistics and ordering processes
  • Professional experience in customer service or inquiry management
