Job Summary

This role offers a motivated working student the opportunity to gain comprehensive insights into operational and strategic Human Resources (HR) work while supporting the HR team with administrative and project-related tasks. Key responsibilities include actively participating in various current HR projects, contributing to the establishment of an e-learning platform, and independently conceptualizing and creating e-learning content. You will also assist in drafting employment references and other personnel documents, and support the continuous optimization and digitalization of HR processes. The ideal candidate is enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's program (e.g., Psychology or HR Management), demonstrates strong communication skills, and possesses a reliable, structured, and discreet approach to handling sensitive data. This part-time position (20 hours/week) is based in Düsseldorf, offering flexible working hours and the possibility of mobile work, making it an excellent opportunity to combine academic studies with practical professional experience in a dynamic HR environment.
