Job Summary
This role offers a dynamic leadership opportunity for a Senior PLC Programmer to head an automation team of 2-3 developers in Neu-Ulm. You will be responsible for setting technical standards and architecting robust software solutions for special-purpose machinery serving sectors like medical technology and e-mobility. Your day-to-day involves a blend of hands-on programming in Siemens TIA Portal (S7-1500) and strategic team management, including resource planning, coaching, and quality assurance. You will spearhead the migration from WinCC Comfort to WinCC Unified and oversee complex Functional Safety and Motion Control implementations. The position is ideal for a technical expert who enjoys seeing projects through from internal commissioning to final customer acceptance. What makes this role unique is the high level of creative freedom within a modern technical environment, supported by a stable 13th-month salary, flexible working hours, and a low travel requirement of approximately 10%.

- Professional experience in HMI design and migration projects
- Experience in special-purpose machinery or industrial automation sectors
