Job Summary
As the Head of Electrical Assembly at Metzner in Neu-Ulm, you will play a pivotal role in the production of high-tech machinery serving the medical technology, e-mobility, and renewable energy sectors. Your daily responsibilities include coordinating electrical resources, planning assembly workflows, and managing a team of technicians. You will be responsible for overseeing work progress, ensuring quality and deadline compliance, and conducting final electrical functional tests and measurements. Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsman in Electrical Engineering (Industriemeister Elektrotechnik) and an Instructor Aptitude Certificate (AdA-Schein) or willingness to acquire it.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in planning, wiring, and testing complex machinery and systems
- Proven leadership experience in a technical or assembly environment
- Extensive experience in machine acceptance and final inspections
- Experience in coordinating resources and material disposition
