As a Team Lead Senior PLC Programmer, you will lead a team of 2-3 developers, overseeing the design and implementation of robust automation software for custom machinery in sectors like medical technology and e-mobility. Your day-to-day involves hands-on development using Siemens TIA Portal, managing software architecture for special and series machines, and ensuring high quality through code reviews and milestone planning. You will be instrumental in migrating HMI landscapes to WinCC Unified and handling complex tasks such as functional safety (F-CPU) and advanced motion control. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys balancing technical architectural work with team mentorship. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including PC software developers and sales, to deliver projects from internal commissioning to final customer acceptance.
