This role involves overseeing technical and infrastructural facility management for retail properties and shopping centers across the East region of Germany, specifically around Berlin and neighboring states. As the primary point of contact for clients, tenants, and service providers, the Technical Manager is responsible for coordinating maintenance, investment projects, and renovations. Key daily tasks include managing external service providers, obtaining quotes, overseeing contract awards, and ensuring quality standards are met through rigorous inspections and cost-benefit analyses. Required Skills
Education
