Job Summary

As a Technical Facility Manager for the East region (Berlin and surrounding states), you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, tenants, and partners regarding technical and infrastructural facility management across multiple retail locations. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve steering and monitoring external service providers, planning and executing investment, maintenance, and renovation projects, and managing the entire procurement cycle from tendering to final acceptance. You will be instrumental in maintaining quality standards and performing cost-benefit analyses to optimize site operations. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong technical expertise in building systems who enjoys a mix of independent work and collaborative teamwork. The position offers high levels of creative freedom, a company car, and a secure, permanent contract within a market-leading company specializing in retail real estate and shopping centers.

Required Skills

Education

Sound technical or structural engineering training/education and specialist knowledge in building equipment trades.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in technical facility management or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing external service providers and contractors
  • Professional experience in planning and executing construction and maintenance measures
  • Experience in technical building equipment and various construction trades
