As a Technical Facility Manager for the East region (Berlin and surrounding states), you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, tenants, and partners regarding technical and infrastructural facility management across multiple retail locations. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve steering and monitoring external service providers, planning and executing investment, maintenance, and renovation projects, and managing the entire procurement cycle from tendering to final acceptance. You will be instrumental in maintaining quality standards and performing cost-benefit analyses to optimize site operations.
