As a Regional Technical Facility Manager for the East region (Berlin and surrounding states), you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, tenants, and partners regarding technical and infrastructural facility management across multiple retail locations. Your daily responsibilities include steering service providers, planning and executing investment and maintenance projects, and managing the bidding and awarding process for specialized contractors. You will be responsible for quality assurance, cost-benefit analyses, and the implementation of facility management benchmarks.
