Job Summary

As the Team Lead for Enabling Services at BwBM, you will take on both disciplinary and technical leadership of a growing team responsible for the foundational IT infrastructure of the German Armed Forces' clothing management. Your day-to-day involves managing core services including Mobile Device Management (MDM), License Management, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and Identity & Access Management (IAM). You will be responsible for team organization, professional development planning, and coordinating with external IT service providers. This role is particularly attractive as the team is projected to grow to eleven members by 2027, offering significant opportunities to shape the department's structure and processes. You will work closely with IT architecture and requirement management to ensure stable operations in a crisis-proof, public-sector environment.
