Job Summary

As an IT Application Manager at REMONDIS IT Services, you will be responsible for the continuous and fail-safe operation of critical HR and cash management software systems, including P&I, ATOSS, CMPro, IDL, and Totara. Your day-to-day activities involve managing system requirements, providing 2nd-level support, and coordinating with 3rd-level support and software vendors. You will play a pivotal role in change management processes, release planning, and application optimization. This position requires a service-oriented professional who can act as a bridge between internal clients and technical departments. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience working with HR and Cash Management systems
  • Proven experience in database handling and management
  • Experience in 2nd-level technical support and coordinating with 3rd-level providers
  • Background in managing software release cycles and rollout coordination
  • Practical experience with LMS systems (specifically Totara)
