Job Summary

As a Junior Inhouse Consultant for IT Service Management (ITSM), you will be responsible for the design and continuous improvement of core IT processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Working within the central IT service provider for the REMONDIS Group, you will serve as a key point of contact for integrating ITSM tools, managing data source connections, and developing a comprehensive Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Your daily tasks will involve consulting internal IT departments on process implementation, automating workflows, and managing the service catalog. Required Skills

Education

Degree in (Business) Informatics / Computer Science, or completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker).

Experience

  • Professional experience in an ITSM environment or equivalent practical background
  • Experience in process and organizational design, specifically defining processes and interfaces
  • Technical experience in ITSM tool implementation or workflow design
  • Experience with data models and modeling languages such as BPMN or CIML
  • Experience with scripting or description languages (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript, or SQL)
