As an IT Support Specialist at REMONDIS IT Services, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries, supporting a massive infrastructure of over 15,000 users across 1,000 global locations. Your daily responsibilities include providing first-level support, analyzing and resolving technical malfunctions, and managing the installation and rollout of hardware such as PCs, notebooks, and printers. You will collaborate closely with internal departments and decentralized IT staff to ensure central systems run smoothly. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification in the IT field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or Application Support is preferred.
  • Experience in the installation, rollout, and commissioning of IT hardware.
  • Proven experience working with Microsoft client applications and network infrastructure.
  • Experience in collaborative teamwork and qualified customer support.
