Job Summary

This role offers the opportunity to join Tesla's high-voltage battery team, where you will take full product design responsibility from initial concept through to production launch and ramp. Day-to-day, you will engage in 3D CAD design of complex parts and assemblies, hands-on prototyping, and the meticulous release of 2D drawings. You will be expected to drive product performance while simultaneously reducing cost and mass. The position is highly collaborative, requiring close interaction with manufacturing, testing, and supply chain teams, as well as active management of supplier relationships.
