Job Summary

As an IT Demand & Solutions Consultant at REMONDIS IT Services, you will act as a vital bridge between international business departments and technical IT teams. Your daily responsibilities involve capturing and analyzing requirements from global subsidiaries, assessing their technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness, and determining whether existing standards can be applied. You will translate complex business needs into technical specifications for cloud, infrastructure, and software solutions while ensuring compliance and project alignment. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training or university degree in the IT field, or equivalent practical professional experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT demand management or solutions consulting
  • Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and structured documentation
  • Proven track record of translating business requirements into technical IT specifications
  • Experience working with international subsidiaries or cross-functional teams
  • Practical experience with IT infrastructure, cloud, or software solution environments

  • The role is based in Lünen and supports over 1,000 global locations. Proficiency in Polish or Dutch is considered an advantage but not mandatory. Candidates must be able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
