Job Summary

This full-time Research Associate position at TUD Dresden University of Technology is part of the prestigious Cluster of Excellence 'Responsible Electronics in the Climate Change Era (REC²)'. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing sustainable semiconductor technologies and integrated electronic circuits. Day-to-day responsibilities include inventing and improving semiconductor processes, monitoring in situ processes to optimize for energy and resource efficiency, and adapting microelectronics for novel ecological materials. You will also be responsible for creating life cycle assessment databases and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team spanning engineering, natural sciences, and social sciences.
