Job Summary
As an IT Support Technician, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and incident reports, providing assistance via telephone, email, and in-person visits. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing and classifying incoming IT disruptions, documenting issues within a ticketing system, and escalating complex problems to administrators when necessary. You will also be responsible for the hands-on installation of new hardware and software for local users and providing general support for various IT-related questions. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys direct user interaction and troubleshooting. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Experience working with standard operating systems including Windows and macOS
- Proven track record in service-oriented customer communication
