Job Summary

As a Junior IT Support Administrator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for trainees, teaching staff, and employees regarding all IT system inquiries. Your daily responsibilities include providing first-level support, managing Surface tablets for trainees, and overseeing user accounts and permissions.
