Job Summary
As a Junior IT Support Administrator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for trainees, teaching staff, and employees regarding all IT system inquiries. Your daily responsibilities include providing first-level support, managing Surface tablets for trainees, and overseeing user accounts and permissions. Beyond routine maintenance, you will play a key role in the digital transformation of the organization by supporting the implementation of a new training and education system and helping design a modern IT infrastructure. This position is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys troubleshooting and wants to gain hands-on experience with cloud-based management tools. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in Microsoft environments including Office, Teams, Azure, and Intune
- Experience in server administration and network management
- Practical knowledge of software distribution and SQL database administration
- Demonstrated experience in a service-oriented customer support role
