Job Summary

As a Technical Specialist at the Bundeswehr Logistics Center in Wilhelmshaven, you will be responsible for the operational monitoring of material maintenance and management within stationary logistical maintenance facilities. Your day-to-day duties involve analyzing and forecasting maintenance and production performance, with a specific focus on the Calibration Center of the Bundeswehr. You will monitor operational disruptions, determine key performance indicators (KPIs), and create logistical status reports through on-site inspections and data-supported evaluations. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or a comparable technical field, plus a completed further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or State-Certified Technician in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in Bundeswehr logistics, specifically maintenance levels 1 to 4
  • Experience in maintenance control, material management, and procurement
  • Practical experience in the field of calibration or within the Calibration Organization of the Bundeswehr (KalOrgBw)
  • Experience with relevant regulations and instructions for material maintenance and logistical supply chains
  • Experience in using SASPF or similar ERP systems for data collection and reporting
