Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist in Berlin, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries within a large-scale infrastructure project for a leading IT service provider. Your daily responsibilities include managing incoming requests via phone, email, and ticket systems, resolving hardware and software issues, and performing user administration tasks such as password resets in Active Directory or SAP. You will work within a structured environment following defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure high service quality. This role is ideal for service-oriented individuals with a strong affinity for IT who enjoy problem-solving in a professional, modern workplace.
