As a First Level Support professional in Berlin, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries within a major infrastructure project for a leading IT service provider. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing incoming requests via telephone, email, chat, and a ticketing system, ensuring all issues are documented and resolved according to defined SLAs.
