Job Summary
As a VIP Support Specialist in Munich, you will provide high-touch technical assistance to a select group of high-profile users with demanding requirements for availability and service quality. Your daily responsibilities include direct desk-side support, managing a dedicated VIP hotline, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues across Windows and Apple ecosystems. You will act as a central point of contact, coordinating with second-level support and external vendors to ensure rapid resolution of technical disruptions. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who excels in discretion and communication. You will be responsible for the installation and configuration of IT systems, documentation in ticketing systems, and maintaining video conferencing and printing infrastructure. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in (Business) Informatics or a vocational IT training qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration).
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in VIP support or a comparable IT service delivery role
- Professional experience with client environments, specifically Windows 10 and mobile devices
- Experience in coordinating with 2nd-level support, manufacturers, and external service providers
- Experience with printing systems and end-user services
Languages

- Willingness to provide a current certificate of good conduct (police clearance certificate); Location-based in Munich.
