Job Summary

As a Data Quality Application Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high data integrity within the IT systems of a regional energy grid operator, specifically focusing on feed-in, metering, and 'Meter-to-Cash' billing processes. Your daily responsibilities include administering and configuring specialized applications, analyzing and cleaning data sets to eliminate duplicates, and conducting system tests and release checks. You will act as a bridge between technical departments and external service providers, providing operational support and explaining complex technical issues to non-technical users. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional interested in process optimization and digitalization within the energy sector. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or Application Development) or a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT system administration and application support
  • Practical experience handling databases, networks, and various operating systems
  • Initial experience in data analysis, operational IT support, or system testing is preferred
  • Experience in creating technical documentation and training materials
  • Background in the energy supply sector (Feed-in/Meter-to-Cash) is highly beneficial
