Job Summary

This position is based at the Clinic for Cardiac Surgery within the Experimental Surgery Research Group at University Hospital Düsseldorf (UKD). As a Postdoctoral Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the research focus on Tissue Engineering, specifically focusing on bioreactor technology and 3D cell cultivation methods. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing laboratory workflows, applying for third-party funding, and planning research projects. You will also collaborate with the 3D printing research group and support academic teaching. This role is highly attractive for ambitious scientists as it offers a clear path toward habilitation and the potential to establish and lead your own research group. Education
