Job Summary

This role involves working as a Technical Assistant within the Microscopy team at the Chemical and Veterinary Investigation Office Rhein-Ruhr-Wupper (CVUA-RRW). As a key member of the Biological Analytics department, you will perform macroscopic and light microscopic examinations of food and feed samples, including herbal teas and dietary supplements. The position requires a high degree of precision in species identification and the development and validation of microscopic methods. You will also utilize advanced technology such as Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM/EDX) and manage laboratory data through a LIMS.
