Job Summary
As a Digital Transformation Officer for the Road Traffic Department in the District of Gütersloh, you will lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of critical digitalization projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing specialized software systems such as VOIS/FSW and OK-Verkehr, implementing electronic records (d.3), and expanding digital citizen services including AI-supported applications. You will act as a vital bridge between technical IT departments, external software providers, and administrative staff. A key part of the role includes developing a process-oriented knowledge management system using platforms like Confluence and conducting training sessions for staff on new digital tools. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in digitalization, software management, or interface management
- Experience with administrative procedures and public sector workflows
- Proven track record in project and process management
- Experience in conceptualizing and conducting software training or workshops
- Practical knowledge of road traffic law, vehicle registration, or driving license law is preferred
