As a Vocational Training Coach for the Gütersloh District, you will play a vital role in supporting young individuals receiving social security benefits (SGB II) as they transition into the workforce. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve conducting potential analyses, developing systematic integration strategies, and providing personalized counseling to help clients secure employment or vocational training. You will manage case documentation, apply labor market funding instruments, and collaborate with regional educational institutions and counseling centers. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Public Administration (Dipl.-Verwaltungswirt/in or Bachelor of Laws), completion of Administrative Training II (Verwaltungslehrgang II), or a university degree in Social Work or Economics.

Experience

  • Professional experience in social work, public administration, or economic counseling
  • Experience in the integration and placement of young people into the labor market
  • Practical knowledge of regional educational providers and labor market structures
  • Experience in case documentation and statistical data entry
  • Proven experience in handling legal inquiries related to social security law

Additional

  • Valid Class B driver's license required. Willingness to work across three Jobcenter locations (Gütersloh, Halle/W., and Rheda-Wiedenbrück). Must be eligible for public service employment in Germany.
