Job Summary
As an HR Business Partner at the District Office of Konstanz, you will serve as a central point of contact for all personnel-related matters within assigned departments. Your daily responsibilities will involve managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, providing expert advice to managers and staff, and leading recruitment processes from needs analysis to final selection. A significant part of the role includes handling payroll administration using SAP/HR and collaborating closely with staff councils and equality representatives. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Several years of professional experience in HR management or personnel administration
- Proven experience in conducting job interviews and personnel selection processes
- Experience in payroll accounting, specifically using SAP/HR systems
- Practical knowledge of German public service collective agreements (TVöD) and civil service law is advantageous
