As a Junior Project Manager within the Corporate Development and Board Administration department, you will play a key role in driving the digital transformation of a major university hospital. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing central work packages, onboarding interdisciplinary project teams, and developing communication concepts for board-level projects. You will be instrumental in increasing the hospital's digital maturity and exploring strategic topics such as AI-based clinical processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain deep insights into high-level healthcare management while honing your skills in moderation, presentation, and project controlling. You will work across two campuses in Kiel and Lübeck, facilitating workshops and training sessions to implement new digital workflows. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Hospital Management, Healthcare Management, Change Management, or a similar healthcare-related field.

Experience

  • Experience in managing interdisciplinary project teams or work packages
  • Experience in conceptualizing project communications and stakeholder marketing
