Job Summary

As the Manager of Integration & Special Projects, you will serve as a critical interface within the IT organization of a leading European clinic group. Your primary focus will be managing the technical and organizational integration of new clinic locations following acquisitions. Day-to-day, you will conduct IT due diligence assessments, oversee post-merger integration activities, and lead complex IT projects from planning through to deployment. You will be responsible for stakeholder management, coordinating with external service providers, and optimizing business processes through digital innovation, including AI and cloud solutions. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a comparable IT-related qualification; a Bachelor's degree in (Business) Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field is advantageous.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT operations, application support, or IT management
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in IT project management
  • Professional experience in the analysis and migration of legacy systems
  • Experience in planning and implementing IT projects within an M&A or integration context
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not mandatory
