As an IT Operations Engineer, you will be a key member of a specialized expert team responsible for the stability, security, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure. Your daily activities will involve planning and implementing complex systems, solving advanced technical issues escalated from 1st-level support, and managing network components such as switches, firewalls, and VLANs. You will also take a lead or participant role in infrastructure and integration projects, ensuring high-quality delivery within budget and timelines. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration), a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT operations and the execution of IT projects
- Professional experience in handling common ITSM tools and ticket systems
- Experience in the healthcare sector is considered an advantage
- Proven experience in planning, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructures
- Experience in managing internal and external IT service providers and monitoring SLAs
