Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding all IT-related inquiries and technical disruptions. Your daily responsibilities involve providing professional first- and second-level support to ensure stable and secure operations across various IT workstations. You will handle incident and request management via phone, email, and remote access, while also managing user accounts and access rights within Active Directory and Microsoft 365. Additionally, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of both Windows and macOS hardware, supporting the onboarding of new staff through workplace preparation. This role is ideal for service-oriented professionals who enjoy a mix of technical troubleshooting and direct user interaction. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or a comparable IT-related qualification.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in IT support, specifically in service desk environments (1st and 2nd level)
  • Professional experience in managing Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is considered an advantage
  • Proven experience in hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance for Windows and macOS
