Job Summary

As the Head of Consolidation, you will lead a specialized team of three experts responsible for the consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the entire corporate group. Your day-to-day involves ensuring all financial reporting complies with IFRS and national standards while overseeing the profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis. A significant part of this role involves high-level M&A support, where you will manage first-time consolidations, purchase price allocations, and the integration of newly acquired companies into the group's reporting structure. You will act as a key liaison for local finance departments and external auditors.
