Job Summary
This role focuses on the independent procurement of services and the strategic industrialization of small-series production through external partners. You will be responsible for selecting, building, and developing external manufacturing relationships while ensuring strict adherence to quality, deadlines, and technical specifications across the supply chain. A key part of the day-to-day work involves providing technical support and continuous improvement for existing partners. This position is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy a mix of strategic development and hands-on technical oversight. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, a technical vocational training (e.g., Cutting Machine Operator) with further qualification as a Technician.
Experience
- Professional experience in the procurement of technical services and external manufacturing.
- Demonstrated expertise in machining processes and technologies.
- Experience in the industrialization and strategic development of external production partners.
- Experience in quality and deadline monitoring within a technical supply chain.
- Initial experience using SAP modules, specifically Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM) is preferred.
