Job Summary

This role is ideal for a proactive Junior PLM Process Architect responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and IT implementation within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) environment. Day-to-day tasks involve capturing current business processes (IST), developing target processes (SOLL) based on Process Owner specifications, and consolidating complex process requirements. You will be responsible for mapping these processes using standard diagrams (BPMN, EPK) and collaborating closely with the IT team to align process components with system solutions, including performing cost/benefit analyses for adjustments. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree and brings at least two years of relevant experience, coupled with deep expertise in Teamcenter (RAC + AWC) and its interfaces (T4S, T4ST, T4EA). Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.
