Job Summary

As the Business Director for Dermatologikum Zürich, you will hold full commercial and operational responsibility for a leading specialized medical facility. Working in close partnership with the Medical Director, you will drive the strategic and economic development of the site in alignment with Bergman Clinics' international standards. Your daily activities will involve managing budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, while optimizing internal processes and resource allocation. You will lead and develop non-medical teams and handle all HR-related matters for the clinic. This role is unique for its high degree of entrepreneurial freedom within a large, growing European healthcare group. You will navigate the complexities of the Swiss healthcare market, managing relationships with external partners, insurers, and regulatory bodies to ensure high-quality specialized medical care and sustainable growth.
