As an Electrical Engineer specializing in Cable Technology, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational reliability of high-voltage cable systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve planning and executing maintenance measures, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing clear methodological and safety instructions to field teams. You will be a key technical resource, analyzing faults and evaluating the condition of cable components to ensure maximum grid availability. Beyond technical oversight, you will lead and coordinate the cable systems team, fostering knowledge transfer through specialized training sessions. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Systems, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in project management as a project lead
  • Several years of experience in the field of cable systems and technology
  • Experience in the assembly, installation, or maintenance of cable systems is preferred
  • Experience in cable diagnostics is an advantage
