Job Summary

This role offers a critical position within the energy sector, focusing on the maintenance and testing of secondary technical equipment across low to high-voltage levels. As a technical lead or independent specialist, you will be responsible for the protection, control, and monitoring of energy transmission systems, including outdoor and gas-insulated switchgear. Your day-to-day involves conducting complex functional tests, commissioning components, and troubleshooting protection and control devices. A unique aspect of this position is the blend of hands-on technical execution and coordination, as you will set up workspaces for external contractors and ensure high quality through standardized processes. You will work within a team to handle maintenance measures and participate in on-call rotations to ensure grid stability. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys technical problem-solving and wants to contribute to the modernization of energy infrastructure while working with advanced SAP documentation systems.

Required Skills

Education

Completed training as a State-Certified Technician or Master Craftsman (Meister) in Electrical Engineering or Energy Technology.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in protection or control technology preferred
  • Experience in the operation of medium or high-voltage systems
  • Experience in leading technical testing groups or working independently on component testing
  • Professional experience in maintenance and commissioning of secondary technical equipment
  • Experience with testing and parameterization software

  • Valid Class B driver's license required. Flexibility for occasional multi-day business trips. Participation in the on-call standby system for fault clearance is mandatory.
