Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive technical and functional support for the educational IT infrastructure of the German Federal Pension Insurance (DRV Bund). As a key member of the Processes, Standards, and IT team, you will manage the daily operations of the ILIAS Learning Management System (LMS) and event management platforms, serving over 20,000 annual participants. Your day-to-day tasks include handling First and Second Level support requests, managing user permissions, and analyzing complex system adjustment requirements. You will also be responsible for conducting introductory training sessions and assisting with the management of maintenance contracts. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor, Diploma FH, or equivalent such as Fachwirt) or a completed vocational training in administration or IT.

Experience

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in supporting learning platforms (First Level Support), preferably ILIAS or similar systems
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the IT sector if applying with a vocational qualification
  • Professional experience in administrative or IT environments
  • Experience in coordinating and analyzing complex system adjustments and user requirements
