This role offers a hands-on opportunity for students to support the IT infrastructure of the City of Potsdam. Working within the Information and Communication Technology department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of hardware and software across city administration offices and nearly 50 local schools. Key tasks include the installation and removal of computer equipment, performing first- and second-level support, and conducting troubleshooting analyses. You will also manage user profiles and maintain status updates within the ticketing system. Required Skills

Education

Current enrollment in a degree program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Administrative Informatics, or a comparable field of study.

Experience
