As a Project and Team Assistant, you will be the backbone of daily operations, managing front office duties, coordinating appointments, and handling correspondence. A significant part of your role will involve supporting project management, including maintaining project plans, scheduling meetings, and documenting proceedings. You'll also take charge of internal reporting, assist with event organization, and perform essential administrative and basic commercial tasks. Required Skills
Education
Qualification for career group 1, 2nd entry-level of non-technical administrative service, alternatively completed administrative assistant training / completed administrative course I, or completed training in an administration-related profession.
Experience
- At least two years of job-related professional experience OR at least two years of experience in administrative processing within public administration
- Several years of professional experience as a secretarial assistant
- Experience in supporting project work
