Job Summary

This role involves the operation and maintenance of technical building equipment, with a strong focus on computer-aided building management systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for independent fault analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation of system malfunctions, as well as regular maintenance of technical installations and devices. Key tasks also include performing installation work and adjusting building systems.
