Job Summary

This role is based at a traditional pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Cologne, focusing on Consumer Healthcare medicines, and requires a dedicated professional to ensure stringent quality standards and GMP compliance. The core responsibilities include the planning and execution of comprehensive quality control testing, such as incoming goods inspections and in-process controls, alongside the critical task of raw material sampling. The technician will actively monitor and ensure all production processes adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines, and will be responsible for creating and maintaining essential control procedures and quality-relevant documentation. A key part of the job involves analyzing and documenting deviations and customer complaints. Candidates must possess completed vocational training as a Chemical or Pharmaceutical Technician, multi-year professional experience, strong knowledge of chemical/physical testing methods, and proficiency with LIMS and MS Office.
