Job Summary

As an IT Onsite Service Technician for the Northern Germany region, you will be responsible for the end-to-end support of IT infrastructure across various healthcare facilities. Your day-to-day activities involve setting up and maintaining IT workstations, managing peripheral devices, and configuring network components such as switches, routers, and WLAN. You will provide critical 1st and 2nd level support both remotely and on-site, ensuring that nursing teams have stable and secure technology to perform their essential work. Beyond troubleshooting, you will play a key role in IT projects including hardware rollouts and infrastructure modernization. This position offers a high degree of flexibility with remote work options and a company car for travel between locations in Hannover and Herford. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification. Optional certifications such as ITIL Foundation, MS Azure Administrator, Entra ID, or Sophos Endpoint Technician are an advantage.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support or IT infrastructure is preferred
  • Experience in the installation and configuration of network components
  • Experience in troubleshooting and error analysis within Windows environments
  • Practical experience in managing mobile devices and peripheral hardware

Languages

German (Basic)

Additional

  • Valid Class B driver's license is mandatory. Willingness to travel within the assigned region (Northern Germany) is required. Must be able to work from locations in Hannover or Herford.
