Job Summary

As an IT Onsite Service Technician for the Northern Germany region, you will be responsible for the end-to-end support of IT infrastructure across various healthcare facilities. Your day-to-day activities involve setting up and maintaining IT workstations, managing peripheral devices, and configuring network components such as switches, routers, and WLAN. You will provide critical 1st and 2nd level support both remotely and on-site, ensuring that nursing teams have stable and secure technology to perform their essential work.
