Job Summary

As an IT Onsite Service Technician for the Southern Germany region, you will be the primary point of contact for maintaining and developing IT infrastructure across nursing services and care facilities. Your daily responsibilities involve setting up and maintaining IT workstations, including clients, peripherals, printers, and mobile devices. You will also manage network components such as switches, routers, and WLAN, alongside cloud telephony and emergency call systems. The role combines hands-on onsite support with remote assistance, focusing on 1st and 2nd level support to ensure stable operations for care teams.
